Description
GrahamOfLegend is currently a one-man studio formed by Graham Reid, a Jamaican game developer. Coming from an arts and design background, Graham prioritizes visuals in his work, striving to create games that visually stand out in the industry and feel like an evolution of what’s come before his time as a developer. His goal is to create stunning and memorable visual experiences for people to enjoy and immerse themselves in.
History
Graham is a born and raised Jamaican who after high school traveled to the foreign lands of Savannah, GA to attend SCAD. He completed his journey with a BFA in Broadcast Design and Motion Graphics and went on to live in NYC where he currently resides. For over two years, he worked as a freelance motion graphics designer & animator on a wide variety of jobs for several companies such as IGN, Kinda Funny, Juniper Jones, Imaginary Forces, Gentleman Scholar, NBC, Gretel, and several other prestigious companies.
In 2012, Graham along with two other Jamaicans in a collaborative effort made a game called Shapes & Sound: The Shape Shooter, which was released for Android. Since then, Graham has continued to delve into the world of video game development. His sophomore effort was titled Hecticube for iOS and Android, and he is currently working on Super Space Club which will be his first foray into PC and console development.
Graham also had the privilege of working at Snapchat in 2015. He continued there for 6 years as a Visual Designer where he worked on a wide variety of projects across several teams.
On July 4th, 2021, Graham decided to make the jump into game development as his full-time career.
